6-11 Months
From 6 to 11 months, feeding evolves from first exposure to true food learning. The Tots program is carefully structured month by month to support safe introduction, allergy monitoring, iron intake, texture progression, and growing independence. As your baby develops, meals gradually become more varied, more complex, and more textured, helping build chewing skills, motor coordination, energy intake, and healthy lifelong food preferences.
Each month includes menus tailored to your baby’s stage and needs.
